Q: What services does AZ Freedom Transportation provide?
A: AZ Freedom Transportation provides safe and reliable transportation services for non-emergency medical trips and personal trips. We offer door-to-door service and will ensure that you arrive at your destination in a timely manner.
Q: How can I book a trip with AZ Freedom Transportation?
A: You can book a trip with us by calling our office at 480-818-5334, emailing us at info@azfreedomtransportation.com, or through our online booking form.
Q: Does AZ Freedom Transportation provide wheelchair-accessible transportation?
A: Yes! We are able to transport two wheelchairs per ride.
We also offer handicap assistance for our sedan. We are always happy to assist passengers with special needs.
Q: Is there a minimum age requirement to use AZ Freedom Transportation?
A: Yes, all passengers must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Q: How much do you charge for a ride?
A: For an accurate quote, give us a call or email us.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept most major Debit and Credit Cards. Payment is due before or at the time of service. We do not currently bill insurance companies directly.
Q: Do you have a cancellation fee?
A: Yes, there is a same day late cancellation/no-show fee equivalent to half of the quoted fare.

A: We primarily service Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, Casa Grande, Coolidge, Florence, Arizona City, Eloy, Maricopa and surrounding areas.
